  5. Take 1 can Diced Tomatoes (28 oz)
  6. Make ready 6 clove Garlic (minced)
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp Dried sage
  8. Make ready 6 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  9. Take 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  10. Get 1 packages Egg noodles (cooked)

Instructions to make Tuscan Pork Medallions:
  1. Cook bacon until crisp in a skillet. Set aside.
  2. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper
  3. In about 3 tablespoons of fat from the bacon cook pork until no longer pink. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet over low heat cook garlic and sage for 1 minute.
  5. Add vinegar and cream to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce hear and simmer 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes pork, and crumbled bacon and heat through.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
