  5. Get Oil for deep frying
  6. Prepare Indonesian Salad urap for the dish side
  7. Take Ground Spices:
  8. Make ready 5 garlic cloves
  9. Prepare 4 shallots
  10. Get 4 cundelnut, roasted
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon pepper
  12. Make ready 1 teaspoon coriander, roasted

  2. Add water (coconut water), salam leaves (bay leaves), and galangal. Then cook on low heat until the spices soak and the duck becomes tender (longer, better because the duck will ripen perfectly). Then lift and set aside.
