Instructions to make Bombay duck fish fry:
  1. Clean and cut Bombay duck fish into 2 part wash properly with drinking water. Now apply little salt and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder on all fish pieces and marinate for 5 minutes drain all water from the fish.
  2. Now put all fish pieces in one bowl apply red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder, fish curry masala powder, salt and lemon juice, rub all masala with light hand on all sides of the fish.
  3. Put one frying pan on flame. Pour 2 tablespoon oil into the pan. Take rice flour in one broad plate roll fish in rice flour and put it in frying pan. Place all pieces in pan pour little oil again as needed and shallow fry till brown in colour. Serve with hot dal rice.
