  1. Take 1 cup rice
  2. Get 1 tsp Oil
  3. Take 1/2 cup methi ( fenugreek)leaves
  4. Take 1/4 cup peas
  5. Prepare 1 small capsicum
  6. Take 1 tbsp chopped green garlic
  7. Make ready 2 green chillies chopped
  8. Get to taste Salt

Instructions to make Methi peas rice:
  1. Wash and soak rice.heat oil in pot put chopped green garlic add chopped methi leaves and peas cook for two mnts add chopped capcicum,salt and chopped green chillies cook for two mnts add water when boil add rice and cook.when rice are cooked. Remove serve with dahi or raita.

Minted Peas & Rice with Feta. With fresh-shelled peas and slow-cooked brown rice this couldn't be better! Also used chives from my garden instead of scallions. My love for methi has not diminished in spite of having an overdose of them these winter months. Likewise with season fresh green peas.
