  1. Get 400 gm fish
  2. Make ready 2 onion chopped and grinded
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 tomato pureed
  5. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli Powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin seed
  8. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Prepare 1 bay leaf
  10. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaf chopped

Steps to make Bombay duck curry:
  1. Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder
  2. Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli
  3. Add onion and ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  4. Now add the fish and cover it
  5. Stir ocassionally to avoid sticking at the bottom
  6. Now as the fish is soft and cooked,remove cover and add red chilli Powder and garam masala powder
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
