  1. Get 2 cup fresh green peas 1 cup homemade Condensed milk
  2. Make ready 1 cup Homemade condensed milk
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp pure ghee
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp cashews paste few chopped almonds & raisins

Instructions to make Peas pudding:
  1. Take out the peas pudding in the serving bowl & pour the cashew paste on it,Mix well.
  2. Take a big pan,pour desi ghee in it.
  3. Grind the peas in the mixie with little water.
  4. When it heats up,add grinded peas paste in it.Stir continuously till all the moisture evaporates.
  5. Add condensed milk in it & mix well, continuously saute it till it becomes thick.
  6. Let it cool down at room temperature & then keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Grind few cashews in the mixie & make a paste.put this paste in the pan and saute for few seconds.
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds,raisins & serve cold.
