  3. Get 4 tomatoes
  4. Take 2 onions
  5. Take 1 inch ginger
  6. Prepare 5-6 Garlic cloves
  7. Take To taste salt
  8. Take To taste red chilli powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp oil

Steps to make Peas With Mushroom:
  1. Peel onions and roughly chopped.Wash tomatoes and roughly chopped.As it is Peel ginger,garlic, green chilli and chopped
  2. With grinder, grind onions tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli and make a fine puree.
  3. Peel peas and wash.Mushroom cut into long pieces and wash.
  4. Take a cooker and heat oil.Add puree and cook for 5 mint.When reduce water add all dry spices and mix. Again cook in simmer for 5 mint.Add chopped Mushroom and peas and cook for 2 mints.
  5. Add water and cover the cooker with lid. After 1 whistle simmer for 5 mint and off the flame. Mushroom with peas ready to serve. Garnish with green Coriander leaves.
