  1. Prepare 2 cups water
  2. Make ready 3-4 bhindi/ okra, chopped into 2 inch pieces

  5. Get 1/2 tsp coriander leaves
  6. Get 1 green chilli, slit
  7. Get 2 tsp vinegar
  8. Take 1/8 tsp pepper powder
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Make ready 1 tsp oil

Instructions to make Neetas:
  1. In a saucepan heat oil. Add the onions and saute for a few seconds. Now add the water and salt. Add green chilli, coriander and bhindi. Let it come to a good boil.
  2. When the bhindi is almost done add the bombay-duck and vinegar and boil the soup for 1 minute. Bombay duck does does not take long to cook. Sprinkle pepper powder. Enjoy it hot.
