  1. Heat a skillet add a little oil. Crack the eggs and add
  2. Cook till done, then add the sauerkraut to the skillet and fry till dry and caramelized
  3. This is done
  4. To the bread add the mayonnaise and Horseradish sauce
  5. Add the eggs
  6. Then the sauerkraut
  7. Add the top and serve I hope you enjoy!
  8. If you like to add some cheese I suggest Swiss or provolone.
