  1. preheat oven to 350°F. heat the pan with olive oil.
  2. add garlic
  3. fry the beef depending how you like it to be done. (rare, medium or well done)
  4. in a cling wrap, layer down each of the proscuitto. add the mustard. spread the duck patte. gently roll it over. make sure its tight. put it the fridge at for 20 mins.
