  2. Prepare 3 tbsp mustard oil 2 tsp carrom seeds 1 tsp asefotida
  3. Prepare Salt to taste 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Wash and boil raddish
  2. Squeez it no water shouldd be there in raddish
  3. Now mix all spices except oil
  4. Mash it well…heat a pan add oil…add carrom seeds…place mashed raddish mixture and stir it
  5. Cove rwith a lid cook for only 5 minute son low flame
  6. Get soft it ready for eat with roti
