The ingredients needed to make Mooli Ka Paratha Radish:
  1. Take For making dough
  2. Make ready 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. Make ready to taste salt
  4. Prepare as needed water
  5. Take For making stuffing
  6. Take 1 radish
  7. Take 2 Green chillies
  8. Take 1 inch grated ginger
  9. Take 2 tbsp washed and chopped coriander leaves
  10. Prepare to taste salt
  11. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
  13. Get 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  14. Take 1/4 tsp mango powder
  15. Prepare Others For making parathas
  16. Get as needed Ghee for shallow fry as required
  17. Make ready 2 tsp butter
  18. Make ready 1 cup Ginger Tea for serving

Instructions to make Mooli Ka Paratha Radish:
  1. Mix wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly and as needed.
  2. Peel and wash and Grate radish. Squeeze it's water by pressing them in your palms. Ensure that all water is squeezed completely. Add all other remaining ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
  3. Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a chapatti. Place a portion of filling in it and then fold it in the centre making a ball. Press it and roll paratha.
  4. Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it. Roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 1 minute.
  5. Now apply ghee all over the paratha. Flip the side and apply ghee on other side also.
  6. Shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Remove it in a plate. Likewise make all the parathas.
  7. Serve hot with butter and ginger tea and enjoy healthy breakfast.
