  6. Take 1 teaspoon cibataazaspices turmeric powder (haldi)

  8. Get 50 gms jaggery (gur)
  9. Make ready 1/3 rd teaspoon heeng powder
  10. Get 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder

Instructions to make Instant Carrot Raddish Pickle:
  1. Wash, peel and cut raddish and carrot in thick strips
  2. Dry all the vegetables by spreading on the cloth just for 10 minutes.
