  1. Make ready 1/2 kg Mooli (Radish)-
  2. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  3. Get 1 pinch hing (asafetida)
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Prepare 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
  6. Take 1 tsp turmeric
  7. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli
  8. Get Salt as per taste

Instructions to make Mooli ki Burji (Radish):
  1. Wash and Peel the Radish and chop roughly
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add cumin seeds and pinch of hing(asafetida)
  4. Add Ginger paste
  5. Add chopped Radish
  6. Cover the lid
  7. Cook until vegetable are tender or till then golden.
  8. Add masala (salt, amchur, red chilli, turmeric powder)
  9. Add green leaves and mix well.
  10. Cook further for 10-15 min till the whole moisture is evaporated
