  7. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Take 1/3 tsp Garam Masala powder
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Take 1 tsp Oil
  11. Prepare as needed Ghee

Instructions to make Methi Mooli paratha:
  1. Take whole wheat flour in a big bowl.
  2. Add oil in dough.
  3. Knead a sift dough with help of water.
  4. Keep aside the dough.
  5. Wash and chop methi leaves.
  6. Add grated mooli in it.
  7. Add all spices.
  8. Add salt and mix well.
  9. Squeeze excess water from this mixture.
  10. Make big lemon size balls from dough.
  11. Flatten each balls using your hand.
  12. Keep stuffing mixture on it.
  13. Fill stuffing mixture and close all edges.
  14. Roll out carefully thick parathas.
  15. Cook all parathas on hot tava.
