  1. Make ready Radish (mooli) 2 cups (grated & squeezed)
  2. Get 1/2 tbls red chilli powder
  3. Take 1 tbls Green chillies
  4. Take 1 tsp zeera
  5. Take Fresh coriander leaves 1 to 2 tbls
  6. Make ready 1 tbls Green chillies
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. Make ready Oil for fry
  10. Get Aata dough (2 small pairdas)

Instructions to make Mooli ka Paratha~:
  1. Mix chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, green chilli and zeera in grated and squeezed radish. Mix it.
  2. Flaten aata parda with rolling pin and fill it with radish mixture, cover it with a other roti bind it by pressing with fingers.
  3. Heat up Tawa then cook filled radish pratha, put some oil for frying the paratha, cook it from both sides and enjoy with mint raita.
