  2. Make ready 3.5 tbsp chana dal
  3. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar

Steps to make Roasted Radish:
  1. Squeeze radish to drain water. Add all ingredients to it except oil. Mix well.
  2. Add 2 tbsp oil to pan. Let it hot. Add the mixture and flatten to make thin. In low flame roast for 8 minutes using lid. May stuff in banana leaf. After 8 minutes flip it and add 1 tsp oil into pan. Roast for another 8 minutes in low flame using lid.
  3. Serve with hot steamed rice.
