  4. Take 2 dry red chilles
  5. Get 3-4 green chilles
  6. Get 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  8. Prepare 2 spoon mustard oil

Instructions to make Carrot Radish Stir Fry:
  1. Wash and chop both the vegetables
  2. Now boil it for 2 mins till it turns a little soft
  3. In a kadhai add oil temper it with niggela seeds and dry red chilli and green chilli
  4. Add the vegetable and add turmeric and salt
  5. Fry it well for 10 mins on low flame and saute it well in between.Switch off the flame and serve.
