  1. Take 1 cup Grated mooli (raddish)
  2. Make ready 1 cup Rice flour
  3. Take 1/4 tsp Carom seeds
  4. Get 1/4 tsp Onion seeds

  6. Get 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

  8. Take Oil - for frying

Steps to make Mooli ki kachori:
  1. Wash and grate the mooli.
  2. Take a pan with two cup of water and salt and cook for few mins until mooli get soft.
  3. Add rice flour,salt,cumin seeds,carom seeds,green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Make a soft dough.
  5. Divide the dough into big balls and roll out
  6. Cut round shape with cookies cutter
  7. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  8. Add the kachoris,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  9. Drain in paper napkin.
  10. Serve hot.
