The ingredients needed to make Mooli ka chutney (Radish Dip):
  1. Take 1 Cup grated radish
  2. Take 1 Cup chopped coriander leaves
  3. Take 8 peeled garlic cloves
  4. Get 4 medium heat green chilies / to taste
  5. Take 1 lemon juice
  6. Prepare 1 Tbsp Mustard oil
  7. Take 3/4 Tsp salt
  8. Make ready 1 Tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)

Radish chutney also called as mullangi pachadi is a healthy, tasty and a perfect accompaniment with rice, chapathi, paratha or idli, dosa. Mullangi is called as mooli in hindi and radish in English and is often used to make mullangi sambar, stir fry or chutney. Instructions to make Mooli ka chutney (Radish Dip):
  1. Take a chutney jar. Put radish, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic in jar and make fine paste.
  2. Now add salt, lemon juice in chutney and grander for another 1 minute. Take out it in a serving bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a tadka pan or in small kadai. Now add carom seeds and crack for 30 - 40 seconds.
  4. Pour tempared carom seeds along with oil in dip. Mix well.
  5. Spicy and unusal dip is ready to serve.
  6. This dip we can serve with pakodas,and any meal as replacement of pickle.
  7. It could be lasts for longer period if we keep in fridge
