The ingredients needed to make Radish gravy:
  1. Take 5 Radish chopped
  2. Take 2 Onions medium sized
  3. Prepare 2 Tomatoes large
  4. Prepare 3 spoons Ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready 5 spoons Groundnut oil/Sunflower oil
  6. Take 1 spoon Fennel
  7. Take 1 spoon Jeera
  8. Get 2 green chillies
  9. Get as required Coriander leaves for garnish
  10. Prepare For Masalas-
  11. Get 1 spoon Chilli powder
  12. Get 1 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  13. Make ready 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
  14. Make ready 3/4 spoon Garam masala
  15. Take For grinding-
  16. Make ready 8 cashews
  17. Make ready 2 spoons poppy seeds

Instructions to make Radish gravy:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add oil and when it gets hot add 1 spoon fennel and 1 spoon jeera and let it splutter.
  2. Add onions and 2 green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 spoons ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off
  4. Now add tomatoes and rock salt and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add chopped radish and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add the ingredients in masala and saute for 30 seconds
  7. Add 1 cup water and mix the masala and when it boils put the lid on the pressure cooker and give 2 whistles and simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Open the pressure cooker when the pressure goes off and switch on the stove and add the cashew poppy seed paste and boil till gravy thickens.
  9. Add 1 spoon sugar (optional).
  10. Switch off the stove once it thickens and garnish and serve with coriander leaves.
