  2. Get 1 medium sized Red Onion
  3. Get 1 cup Greek Yogurt/ Regular Homemade Curd (remove excess water)
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  5. Take 2 tbsp Keya Salad Seasoning
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp Keya Oregano
  7. Take 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  8. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  9. Get 1 tsp Pepper
  10. Get as required Fresh mint leaves and Mint Chutney for garnishing

Steps to make Greek Cucumber Salad:
  1. In a bowl cut thin slices of cucumber and red onions.
  2. In a separate bowl add Greek yogurt and Mayonnaise.
  3. Add olive oil, salad seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Give it a good mix.
  5. Add chopped cucumber and onion to yoghurt bowl and give it a good mix. Let it marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with some fresh mint leaves and Mint Chutney. Your healthy, fresh, creamy and flavorful salad bowl is ready to serve. Enjoy!
