Steps to make Mooli Paratha:
  1. In a bowl take wheat flour add salt, 2 Tspn oil in that. Add water as required to knead smooth dough. Now apply 1 tspn oil over dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Wash radish and grate it.
  3. Now squeeze it and remove excess water from it. You can use this water to knead dough.

  7. Heat pan and on low to medium flame cook Paratha. Apply oil on both sides. Cook till both sides becomes golden brown.
