  3. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  4. Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon garam masala
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon chat masala
  7. Take 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  8. Prepare 1 pinch hing(asafoetida)
  9. Make ready For dough
  10. Get 2 cup wheat flour
  11. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon ajwain(carom seeds)
  13. Make ready as needed Ghee for cooking paratha

Instructions to make Stuff Radish paratha:
  1. Take wheat flour and add salt.
  2. Knead dough using water
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes
  4. Take grated radish and keep it in centre of cotton cloth and squeeze all it's water
  5. Now add all spices in it.
  6. Now take one small ball from dough
  7. Roll it small
  8. Apply little ghee in middle of it and keep one teaspoon stuffing.
  9. Close it from the edges.
  10. Now from light hand roll paratha, if needed apply dry flour.
  11. Pour it on hot tawa.
  12. When one side is cooked flip it and college from other side.
  13. Apply ghee on both the sides and cook it.
  14. Serve hot with butter, chutney, achar.
