  1. Take 1 bowl grated mooli
  2. Take as per taste salt
  3. Get as per taste chat masala
  4. Make ready 2 tsp chop coriander
  5. Get 2 pinch turmeric
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli
  7. Make ready 2 tsp oil
  8. Prepare 2 balls of wheat flour dough
  9. Make ready 1 tsp oil for parantha
  10. Take 1/2 tsp dry roasted cumin seeds
  11. Get 1/2 tsp carrom seeds

Instructions to make Roasted mooli parantha:
  1. Take a nonstick pan add 2 tsp oil then add grated mooli and all spices cook for water evaporate then saute fir dry form add coriander mix.
  2. Then cool for room temperature.
  3. Then take a dough flat for small roti stuff mooli and cover with another roti roll on and make a parantha oil spread for both sides.
  4. Serve roasted mooli parantha with tea.
