  1. Make ready 2 Cups Wheat Flour
  2. Make ready 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  3. Get 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  4. Take Ghee Oil /
  5. Make ready 3 Radish
  6. Prepare 3 Green Chillies
  7. Take 2 Sprigs Coriander
  8. Make ready To Taste Salt
  9. Take 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  11. Get 1/2 Teaspoon Aamchoor (Dry Mango Powder)
  12. Get 1 Pinch Turmeric

Instructions to make Mooli (Radish) Paratha:
  1. Grate the radish coarsely. Add 2-3 drops of oil to a pan and fry the radishes along with chopped green chillies. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and aamchoor powder.
  2. Fry them until all the water evaporates from the radishes. Let this mixture cool down at least to room temperature and proceed to dough preparation.
  3. Add wheat flour, salt and sugar to a large bowl. Gradually add water and knead the dough to a semi-soft consistency.
  4. Take some oil or ghee into your hands and massage the dough with it and knead it till it gets to a firm yet elastic consistency.
  5. Make lemon sized balls of the dough and roll it once till the size of the bread is about your hand.
  6. Pinch a corner of the circle between your thumb and index finger almost to make a cone and fill the stuffing into it.
  7. Fold over the read end of the bread over this cone and pinch the ends together to close all the stuffing. P.S: I tried to attach pictures for reference.
  8. Now roll the bread gently towards edges, without applying too much pressure at the center.
  9. Fry it on a pan by adding oil/ghee. Enjoy with pickles or curd or chutney.
