The ingredients needed to make Molii (Radish)ka Paratha:
  1. Take 2 radish molii
  2. Get 1 cup ata (wheat flour)
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp green chilli chopped
  4. Make ready 2 1/2 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
  5. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1 tsp crushed red chilli
  7. Get 1/2 tsp zeera whole
  8. Get 1 tsp lemon powder
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Get Ghee for paratha

  1. Molii ko Shred Kar lein, aur kapray main sherd molii ko Dal ka pani nikal dein.
  2. Dry ingredients
  3. Add dry ingredients
  4. Add green chilli, green coriander.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Equal ball bana ka beyal lein
  7. Eik roti main molii ka mixture Dal dein,aur dusara upper rakh dein aur sides ko press Kar dein paratha open na ho.
  8. Tawa pa ghee laga ka paratha Dal dein dusari side ko palat ka ghee lagaye aur medium heat pa paka lein.
  9. Green Chutney ka saath serve Kary summer main lassi ka saath boht maza aata Hy.
