The ingredients needed to make Waldorf Salad:
  1. Prepare Fat-free yogurt
  2. Get Juice of ½ lemon
  3. Get 1 teaspoon classic smooth mustard, no grains
  4. Get 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  5. Take 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  6. Prepare Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tablespoon
  8. Prepare Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  9. Get 2 tart apples cut into cubes
  10. Get 1/2 cup celery cut into cubes
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  12. Get 1/2 cup small raisins
  13. Make ready 1 chicken breast
  14. Get 1 head lettuce

Instructions to make Waldorf Salad:
  1. Prepare the dressing by putting all the ingredients into a bowl (fat-free yogurt, juice of half a lemon, mustard, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain, panela and a pinch of salt). Mix them all together with a whisk.
  2. In a pan, add the tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. When hot, brown the chicken breast on both sides until it is cooked through. Allow to cool and then cut into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the raisins, walnuts, celery, apple and chicken and drizzle with the yogurt dressing. Mix and set aside.
  4. To serve, place a bed of lettuce into a salad bowl and top it with the Waldorf salad.
