Instructions to make Mint seared Lamb Chops:
  1. combine the ingredients in a glass bowl and immerse the cleaned meat. Let meat marinate for minimum 30 minutes. ..but preferably longer to embed the rosemary accent.
  2. heat pan to medium high with Olive oil (or your choice oil)
  3. take meat and season very lightly with salt. place meat in the heated pan carefully, to minimize spatter.
  4. brown meat on each side (about 4 minutes on each side for medium )
  5. plate chops with a starch and a veggie of your choice. (I used finger potatoes and chard)…garnish with fresh chopped parsley or mint…
  6. ENJOY!
