The ingredients needed to make Potato Chops:
  1. Take 3-4 large potatoes boiled with salt and mashed
  2. Make ready 300 gms lamb mince
  3. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  5. Get 1 green chilli chopped
  6. Make ready 1 tomato chopped
  7. Make ready 3-4 sprigs coriander washed and chopped
  8. Prepare to taste Salt and Pepper
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
  11. Get 1 egg lightly beaten with 1tbsp water
  12. Prepare Bread crumbs
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp olive oil and some more for pan frying

Steps to make Potato Chops:
  1. In a hot pan add 1tbsp oil, and saute onions and chilli until translucent, add ginger garlic paste stir for a minute, add tomatoes and seasoning, saute until tomatoes have dissolved, add minced meat, break down with a cook fork until meat has crumbled and combined with the onion mix, add vinegar, garam masala, mix and cook until the moisture is completely dried off.
  2. Take off heat, let it cool, add coriander and mix, set aside and set up assembly.
  3. Portion out mashed potatoes, flatten the portion on your palm evenly, add a tbsp of mince in the centre, fold in and seal to form a patty
  4. Dip patty in egg wash and drop into bread crumbs, roll on all sides to coat evenly.
  5. Drizzle pan with oil, when hot, place patties on pan, cook until golden brown on both sides and serve
