Steps to make Grilled Egg-chaat Sandwich:
  1. Butter both sides of the bread slices.
  2. Take one slice of bread and spread sandwich chutney on one side and placed sliced boiled potatoes.
  3. Place thinly cut capsicum and tomato over the potato slices and sprinkle some salt and chat masala.
  4. Put half of the grated mozzarella cheese over it.
  5. Take another slice of bread and spread bhel chutney on both sides. Then cover the sandwich with it.
