Instructions to make Rice flour Roll Cake:
  1. Beat eggs and sugar with electric beater for 10-15 minuets high speed. Then add rice flour and mix.
  2. Separate 1 cup mixture in small bowl and add green tea powder, then mix well
  3. In 25x 25cm tray pour cake mixture. And put green tea mixture in places.
  4. Write S with stick and make your pattern.
  5. Bake in 190 degrees preheat oven for 8 minuets.
  6. After baked, cover with foil film and stay till it’s cool down. Remove foil when it’s cool. So the surface of the cake is removed.
  7. Mix cream and condensed milk, then beat and make whipped cream.
  8. Spread cream and roll. Wrap with film and stay in refrigerator for overnight or a day.
