Instructions to make Korean rice cake:
  1. Add salt and hot water to rice flour and make a dough.
  2. Make shapes out of it, cylindrical shape would be perfect for Korean rice cake. You can also make your favourite shapes, as you are going to enjoy the taste.Steam it for 10 minutes.

  4. In a kadhai, add butter and refined flour. Mix well.
