  3. Take 2 eggs
  4. Get 1 medium onion
  5. Make ready 2 cloves garlic
  6. Make ready 100 g butter or ghee
  7. Prepare 20 g vegetables stock cubes
  8. Make ready 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions to make Rice cake with vegetables:
  1. Wash your rice. Pour 400ml water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add rice, vegetables stock cubes, a dash of salt and 2 tbs olive oil. Allow it to cook softly.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and chop onion, garlic finely.Wash cabbage and rest of vegetables. Then chop, cabbage and herbs finely as well.
  3. In a big pan add some oil and fry cabbage until become tender, then add chopped onion, garlic and herbs to that. Stir constantly. Add spices.
  4. Once rice is cooked, add Parmesan cheese and fried herbs to the boiled rice. Mix it properly. Let it to get cool.
  5. Crack the eggs in a bowl,stir it well and put it aside. with 1tbsp of rice make a ball.،Turn it in plain flour, then in the egg and finally in bread crumbs and give a flat shape to it.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry both sides of the rice cake.
