The ingredients needed to make Rose Cake:
  1. Take 3/4 cup Rice Flour
  2. Prepare 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  4. Prepare 3 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  6. Prepare as needed Oil for deep frying
  7. Take Rose cake mould

Instructions to make Rose Cake:
  1. In a bowl take all the dry ingredients together
  2. Then add Salt to taste
  3. Slowly add milk and coconut milk to form a batter of pouring consistancy, a little thinner than Dosa batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, temperature should be medium and the mould should be sizzling hot.
  5. Dip the mould to 3/4th in batter than
  6. Deep fry in oil, after few minutes slightly shake the mould holding the hand firmly, if the Rose cake is not getting removed, use fork or knife to shake it out.
  7. The colour and texture of the Rose cake shall as shown in the picture
