The ingredients needed to make Fried Milk:
  1. Make ready 3 cups Milk
  2. Take 1/2 cup Caster sugar
  3. Get 1/2 cup Corn flour
  4. Get 1 Lemon (Get the rinds from lemon, using just the rinds in this recipe)
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Melted butter (for greasing)
  6. Take 1-2 Eggs
  7. Take 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  8. Get 1/2 cup Corn flour (for coating)
  9. Take 2 cups Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions to make Fried Milk:
  1. In a saucepan take 2 and 1/2 cup of milk and add lemon rinds. Reserve 1/2 cup of milk for later use
  2. In a medium flame let it come to boil. Just before boiling add the sugar.
  3. Stir it until the sugar dissolves completely. Turn the flame into low and let it boil for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Get ready a small baking pan greased with melted butter and set it aside for later use.
  5. Meantime take a bowl and mix the reserved 1/2 cup of milk and corn flour together. Make a lump free mixture.
  6. Now take out the lemon rinds from the milk. Add the milk and corn flour mixture into the boiling milk.
  7. Immediately start to stir and keep stirring constantly. After a few minutes it will transform into a thick mixture.
  8. Put the flame off immediately and pour the thick mixture into the pre-prepared greased pan.
  9. Let it cool and become room temperature. Then wrap it with a kitchen cling wrap and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  10. Then use a knife to loosen each side of the pan. Flip it over on a plate and tap gently on it's back. It will come out easily.
  11. Slice it as per your choice.
  12. In a bowl take eggs and beat them lightly.
  13. Take another two bowls. In one bowl put corn flour and put bread crumbs in second bowl.
  14. Take a slice of milk and roll it onto corn flour.
  15. Then dip it in the beaten eggs.
  16. At last finally roll onto the bread crumbs and coat it nicely.
  17. Repeat the same process with the rest of the milk slices.
  18. Heat oil in a wide and deep pan. In a medium flame fry, those bread crumb coated milk slices until they turn into golden brown colour from both sides.
  19. Place them on top the kitchen tissue paper to absorb the extra oil. Enjoy the Spanish dessert.
