  3. Take 30 grams Unsweetened cocoa
  4. Prepare 120 grams Unsalted butter (brought to room temperature)
  5. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  6. Prepare 100 grams Powdered sugar
  7. Take 1 Egg yolk

Instructions to make Cut-Out Cocoa Cookies with Rice Flour:
  1. Sift the cake flour and combine with the dry ingredients. Use a whisk to beat the butter into a cream. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the dry ingredients in 3 batches. Use a hand mixer to mix well until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and continue to mix.
