The ingredients needed to make Korean Tteokbokki (Hot and Spicy Rice Cake):
  1. Prepare 120 gr rice flour
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  3. Get 1 tbsp corn stratch flour solution
  4. Prepare 50 ml boiled water (approxinately)
  5. Get 2 cayenne pepper (chopped)
  6. Make ready 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  7. Take 1 spring onion (chopped)
  8. Make ready 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. Take 1 tsp salt
  10. Take 1 tsp buillon powder
  11. Get Sesame (i don't use it)
  12. Prepare Water
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp frying oil

Instructions to make Korean Tteokbokki (Hot and Spicy Rice Cake):
  1. Mix rice flour and tapioca flour then add boiled water little by little 😁 then make a dough and make a long cylinder shape then cut the shape into small cylinder about 2 cm long, each)
  2. Boil the water then add salt and small cylinder dough (step 1).
  3. Add vegetable oil in a pan then fry it until fragnant. Then add cayenne pepper, salt, buillon powder, a glass of water (120 ml) and boiled tteokbokki. After that add tomato sauce and spring onion then add corn starch flour solution then stir.
  4. Keep stirring until the rice cake turns soft and the sauce thickens and looks shiny, which should take about 10 -15 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot with sesame as topping. But i dont have sesame today hiks
