  4. Make ready 70 gr tapioca flour
  5. Prepare 30 gr rice flour
  6. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 250 ml instant coconut milk

Instructions to make Talam Ubi Ungu (Sweet Purple Yam Talam Cake):
  1. Heat a steamer over medium-high heat.
  2. Grease the molds with vegetable oil.
  3. In a big bowl, add sweet purple yam purée, tapioca flour,rice flou, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Gradually pour the coconut milk little by little. Keep stirring until all the ingredients mixed completely. Strain the mixture. - Pour the mixture into the molds 3/4 full. Steam for 7-10 minutes depending on how big your molds are.
  5. In another bowl, mix together ingredients B. Strain the mixture.
  6. Pour mixture B on top of mixture A until the molds are full. Steam again 7-10 minutes.
