Steps to make Muffins:
  1. In a bowl sieve 1 cup All-purpose flour, ⅓ cup Milk Powder, ¼ tsp Baking Soda and ¼ salt and mix well.
  2. In another bowl mix together 2 eggs, ½ Cup Sugar and ⅓ Cup Oil.
  3. Now Combine the egg and the flour mixture and mix well and gradually add ¼ Cup Milk to make a smooth batter.
  4. Now transfer the batter in muffin/cupcake moulds.
  5. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, Serve and Enjoy.
