  8. Prepare 5 ml Vanilla Essence

Instructions to make Dairy and Gluten free Melktert:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat egg yellows, sugar and margarine until creamy.
  3. Sive Gluten free Cake Flour, Baking Powder and salt. Add into egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Add Milk and Vanilla Essence to egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
  6. Fold egg whites into milk mixture.
  7. Place liquid into a greased 2 liter bowl. Sive over Ground Cinnamon.
  8. Bake for 40-50min on 180°C.
  9. Serve warm or cold
