  1. Prepare 2 cups flour
  2. Take 1 tsp yeast
  3. Make ready 2 eggs
  4. Prepare Half cup fresh milk

Steps to make Ensaymada:
  1. Sift flour add sugar and salt then mix. Then add yeast, milk,vanilla eggs then continue mixing.
  2. When all are properly combined. Start to knead the dough for 5 mins. Then make into a ball shape apply melted butter on the surface tjen cover and let it sit for an hour.
  3. After an hour remove dough and cut into small sizes. Form it like ensaymada shape.Brush with egg wash then bake for 15 mins at 250c
  4. When done,apply melted butter. Sprinkle some sugar on a plate and roll it.
