  2. Take 30 grams ☆Rice flour
  3. Prepare 40 grams ☆Katakuriko
  4. Prepare 1 dash ☆Salt
  5. Get 6 tbsp Beet sugar
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp Water
  7. Take 4 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions to make Macrobiotic Cut-Out Cookies:
  1. Add the ☆ ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat the beet sugar and water in a pan, and mix well.
  3. When the beet sugar has dissolved, remove from heat, add the mixture to the bowl from Step 1, and combine well with a spatula.
  4. Add the olive oil to the bowl from Step 3 and the dough is ready.
  5. Cut out the cookies. Dust your work surface (with cake flour) and place the dough. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  6. Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter of your choice. Place cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, and the cookies are done.
