  1. In a cup, put the warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix and cover for 5 minutes to proof.
  2. In a bowl, put flour, salt, cinnamon, margarine, vanilla and mix well to get a crumby flour.
  3. Add in eggs, mix well. Add the yeast mixture and mix well. Now add milk little by little as you knead for 10minutes to make a soft dough. Make a round ball, and place on a greased bowl. Cover with a damp towel and keep in a warm place for 30minutes.
  4. Now knead well for 5minutes. Divide the dough into small balls. Grease the baking tin and arrange them in leaving space between them. Cover them for another 30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C at this point.
  5. Bake them for 30 minutes till they turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush the buns with margarine, and let them on the pan for 10minutes. Remove them and place them on a cooling rack. Serve with a beverage, juice or soft drink of your choice.
