  2. Make ready 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Coffee powder
  5. Take 1/4 tbsp Baking powder
  6. Prepare 1 cup Sugar
  7. Prepare 35 g Dark chocolate
  8. Prepare 20 g Milk chocolate
  9. Make ready 2 Eggs
  10. Take 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  11. Get 100 ml Milk
  12. Take 50 ml Oil
  13. Make ready 100 g Butter
  14. Make ready 1 pinch Salt

Steps to make Garbanzo Flour(Besan) Chocolate Cake:
  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients like Besan, All purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, salt into a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Take a mixer and add all wet ingredients like eggs, milk, melted dark chocolate, sugar, vanilla extract, butter, oil. Grind it well.
  3. Add both dry and wet ingredients into a bowl and mix it into a smooth and bubble free mixture.
  4. Pre heat the oven under microwave + convention at 160°c for 4 mins. Meantime grease the cake tin with butter and cocoa powder evenly.
  5. Add the entire cake mixture into the tin and tap it to set properly. After preheating the oven place the cake tin in the oven and bake it at 160°c for 6 mins under microwave + convention.
  6. For topping, melt 20g milk chocolate with 20 ml milk in oven for 30 secs and then add 1/2 tbsp Besan to it and again microwave it for 15 secs. Take it out and whisk it well.
  7. After baking, take the cake out and let it to cool down. Pour the choco Besan sauce on it, add some chopped nuts(optional) and serve it.
