  1. Make the bechamel sauce. Put the ◎ ingredients in a heatproof container and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500w. Mix well with a whisk.
  2. Add milk little by little, mixing well between additions. When the batter is smooth, add the rest of the milk all at once.
