  4. Prepare 1200 ml Water 水
  5. Take 5 Shallots (sliced)小葱头
  6. Get 4 garlic (Chopped)蒜头
  7. Get 300 g Yam (buy 700g whole yam before cutting)芋头
  8. Make ready 5 black mushrooms香菇
  9. Take 50 g dried shrimps虾米
  10. Make ready 4 chinese sausages (optional)腊肠
  11. Take (A) 1/2 tbsp salt 盐
  12. Make ready (A) 1/2 tbsp sugar 糖
  13. Take (A) 1 tsp MSG 味精(optional)
  14. Make ready (B) 1/4 Tbsp Pepper powder 胡椒粉

  2. Cut Yam, Mushroom and Sausages into cube form
  3. Heat the wok with oil. Fried shallots till golden brown. keep it aside.
  4. Continue to fry Garlic, dried shrimp and some salt. till fragrant, add in mushroom and sausage and Yam.
  5. Add into the flour mixture and mix well.
  6. Grease the steaming pan then pour in the flour mixture to steam over medium fire for 1hr 40min
