Steps to make Cake Rusks:
  1. Pre heat oven at 180°C for 15 mins.
  2. In a bowl, put the eggs and beat well. Add sugar and beat til pale and airy.
  3. Add butter and milk and beat well.
  4. Sift the flour into the mixture and fold in gently to create a smooth batter.
  5. Put the batter in a baking tin and bake at 180°C for 40 mins.
  6. Once the cake is ready let it cool for about 10 mins.
  7. Cut the cake into slim rectangular pieces then place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20 mins at 180°C.
  8. After 20 mins turn them over and bake again for 20 mins.
  9. Once they are ready let them cool for 10mins.
  10. Serve with hot tea ☕
