  2. Make ready 1 Umeboshi
  3. Take 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  4. Get 1 tbsp Rice vinegar

Instructions to make Snap Peas with Umeboshi & Mayonnaise:
  1. Trim off the ends of the snap peas and parboil in salted water. Blanch in cold water, then drain. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and then mince it with a kitchen knife.
  2. Put the ingredients from Step 1 and the rice vinegar into a bowl and mix everything together. Serve in a dish and top with bonito flakes.
