  2. Take 50 ml Sake ★
  3. Make ready 80 ml Mirin ★
  4. Take 120 ml Water ★
  5. Take 80 ml Soy sauce ★
  6. Get 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar ★
  7. Take 20 grams Ginger ★
  8. Get 3 large Umeboshi

Steps to make Simmered Sardines and Umeboshi:
